The Double Barrel Open is one of the Premier USAW Weightlifting Event in all of SoCal. It will be a great meet both for beginner and experienced lifters. There will be Junior, Senior, and Masters classes along with a Team Competition. This meet will have all of the same accruements as a national level meet, including: Level Wood Platform; Referee Lighting System; Digital Lifter Display System; Athlete/Coach/Loader Passes; and a full PA/Music system. All Athletes will receive a Swag Bag upon weigh-in, and there will be Prize Packs for the Top 3 Male/Female Lifters, the Top 3 Lifters Per Class, the Top 3 Youth, the Top Junior and Masters Lifters, as well as the Top 3 Men/Women/Overall Teams.

Best Team Overall: 140kg Training weight set

Teams will be made up of 5 Male and/or 5 Females. Points will be awarded for Finish in Open Format. 

• 1st = 10pts

• 2nd = 8pts

• 3rd = 6pts

• 4th = 4 pts

• 5th = 2 pts
