This is a sanctioned USAW event: To compete at this meet, you must be a registered lifter with USAW. This is an Olympic Lifting meet, the two lifts contested are the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.

Rules: All USAW rules will be followed.

Attire: You must wear a weightlifting singlet. Exception: first-time competitors in their first year of USAW membership

Athletes: Will be limited to 50 athletes

Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 3 in each weight class for the Youth, Senior (Open), and Master's Divisions. There will be event shirts for all participants, so make sure you enter your correct size.

Lifting Sessions and Times: Sessions will be organized by entry total. Will be determined after registration closes and will be emailed out no later than 7 days before the meet date.
